Office Administrator
HEGGEL® GmbH, a leading company active in the field of industrial protective coating systems, is seeking a highly motivated office administrator to join its team. As a valued and important member in the fast-growing business, you will be expected to work flexibly and handle the responsibilities in a structured and autonomous manner.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Contact / cooperation with service providers, suppliers and authorities
- Order and shipment processing
- Preparing accounting documents for the tax advisor as well as creating offers, invoices, packing lists / delivery notes and tracking incoming and outgoing payments
- Cooperation with different departments and ensuring smooth communication between the departments
- Support of the management in all organizational and administrative tasks
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Customer and service orientation
- Native level of German and business fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Competent in using MS-Office applications and the ability to learn additional software
