HEGGEL®️  EL 3310

Prevulcanized Bromobutyl Rubber Lining

HEGGEL EL 3310 is a black prevulcanized bromobutyl soft rubber lining with high temperature capability, demonstrating outstanding resistance against wide range of chemicals from alkaline to acidic media.

Characteristics:

 

  • Excellent diffusion resistance in gas services
  • Good flexibility in a wide range of temperatures
  • Good resistance in oxiding media
  • Thickness range between 3 and 6 mm (Depending on the requirements)

HEGGEL®️  EL 3311

High Temperature Pre-Vulcanized Soft Rubber Lining

HEGGEL EL 3311 is a black pre-vulcanized soft rubber lining, based on bromobutyl, with high temperature capability for protection of steel equipment. It used both for workshop lining and on-site lining depending on the requirements. HEGGEL EL 3311 is engineered to offer superior resistance to steam diffusion and exceptional protection against gases such as sulfur dioxide and phosphoric acid. The HEGGEL EL 3311 offers all the advantages of non-vulcanized rubber sheets, including seamless application on complex tank geometries and a tacky surface that ensures high adhesion strength.

HEGGEL®️  EL 3312

Graphite-Filled Hard Rubber Lining

HEGGEL EL 3312 is a graphite-filled NR/SBR hard rubber lining offering a thermally stable structure for superior corrosion protection against a very broad range of inorganic acids, alkalis and organic solvents.

HEGGEL®️  EL 3313

High Temperature Non-Vulcanized Soft Rubber Lining

HEGGEL EL 3313 is a black bromobutyl-based soft rubber lining for workshop applications and autoclave vulcanization. It can also be applied on-site and vulcanized using steam pressure. HEGGEL EL 3313 is designed for superior resistance to mineral acids and bases at high-temperatures, while also offering excellent diffusion resistance against gases such as sulfur dioxide and nitric oxide. The HEGGEL EL 3313 offers all the advantages of non-vulcanized rubber sheets, including seamless application on complex tank geometries and a tacky surface that ensures high adhesion strength.

HEGGEL®️  EL 3315

Self-Vulcanizing Bromobutyl Rubber Lining

HEGGEL EL 3315 is a black self-vulcanizing bromobutyl soft rubber lining offering excellent chemical resistance against wide range of substances from alkaline to acidic media, especially at high temperatures.

HEGGEL®️  EL 3318

High Chemical Resistant Pre-Vulcanized Soft Rubber Lining

HEGGEL EL 3318 is a two-ply, pre-vulcanized soft rubber lining designed for on-site applications, offering exceptional chemical resistance and durability. It provides excellent protection for steel structures exposed to aggressive chemicals, high temperatures, and mechanical stress. With its superior formulation, it delivers the highest level of resistance against concentrated hydrochloric acid, mineral acids, and bases, making it ideal for demanding industrial environments. Commonly used in the chemical, chlorine, and steel industries, it ensures long-term corrosion protection for storage vessels, filter cells, mixing tanks, crystallization and condenser reactors or other industrial equipment.

HEGGEL®️  EL 3320

Diffusion-Resistant Hard Rubber Lining

HEGGEL EL 3320 is a brown hard rubber lining based on natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber (NR/SBR), designed for the protection of steel components exposed to chemical attack. It provides excellent resistance to mineral acids, bases, and aqueous phases, making it ideal for industrial applications. Additionally, it offers good resistance to a wide range of chemicals, exceptional diffusion resistance, and strong mechanical properties, ensuring durability in demanding environments. The primary application of this lining is in water treatment plants, processing and supply tanks used in the chemical industry, as well as a wide range of steel components across various industrial sectors.

HEGGEL®️  EL 3340

Abrasion-Resistant Soft Rubber Lining

HEGGEL EL 3340 is a black soft rubber lining based on natural rubber (NR), designed for steel components exposed to extreme abrasion. It can be vulcanized in an autoclave for workshop applications or provided in a pre-vulcanized version with a 0.8 - 1 mm bonding layer for on-site installation. It provides abrasion resistance against moderately concentrated chemicals with high solid content and is especially suitable for drinking water applications. HEGGEL EL 3340 exhibits excellent mechanical properties, particularly high abrasion resistance, along with outstanding flexibility across a wide temperature range. Additionally, it offers all the benefits of vulcanized rubber sheets, including resistance to mechanical stress after application.

HEGGEL®️  EL 3342

Abrasion-Resistant Soft Rubber Lining

HEGGEL EL 3342 is a black soft rubber lining made from natural rubber (NR), designed for steel components exposed to extreme abrasion. It is specifically formulated for workshop applications and can be vulcanized in an autoclave or with steam. The lining offers excellent protection in high-wear environments, ensuring durability and long-term performance and offers all the benefits of vulcanized rubber sheets such as problem-free application on difficult tank geometry and a tackily surface to provide high adhesion strength.
