HEGGEL® Fix are repair putties that are generally used to repair damaged equipment, glas/rubber or enamel lined vessels or tanks and to fill in surface defects of objects Coated with HEGGEL Corr products.

HEGGEL Fix putty adheres excellently to a variety of substrates, and is characterized by high abrasion resistance and a particularly smooth surface, which improves fluid flow and reduces sludge formation.

HEGGEL®️  Fix 811

High-Tech Corrosion Resistant Rubber Repair Mortar

HEGGEL Fix 811 is a two-component repair mortar known for its strong adhesive strength and superior corrosion resistance, specifically designed for repairing rubber and glass-lined vessels and equipment. HEGGEL Fix 811 employs advanced technology that combines organic and inorganic molecules, resulting in a thermally stable and highly crosslinked structure. With extensive chemical resistance, it withstands temperatures above 225°C after ambient curing. Suited for hard/soft rubber-lined vessels and HEGGEL Corr coated equipment, HEGGEL Fix 811 also offers high sliding abrasion resistance and a smooth finish, improving fluid flow and preventing sludge buildup

High-Performance Rubber Repair Mortar

HEGGEL Fix 818 is a two-component chemical resistant repair mortar, specifically designed for repairing rubber and glass-lined vessels and equipment. HEGGEL Fix 818 uses cutting-edge technology that merges organic and inorganic molecules, leading to a structure that is both thermally stable and extensively crosslinked. With extensive chemical resistance, it withstands temperatures above 190°C after ambient curing.

HEGGEL®️  Fix 830

Super Abrasion Resistant Repair Composite

HEGGEL Fix 830 is a hand-applied coating designed to provide exceptional abrasion resistance, ideal for areas subject to erosion and wear from impacting particles, particularly effective against fine particle abrasion. It is an ultimate wear-resistant repair composite, specifically formulated to repair and rebuild machinery and equipment that have suffered severe wear and erosion damage. This durable coating can be applied to a Dry Film Thickness (DFT) of up to 15 mm, ensuring strong protection and prolonged lifespan for surfaces prone to high wear. HEGGEL Fix 830 is not recommended for conditions where cavitation occurs due to turbulent fluid flow.

HEGGEL®️  Fix 831

High Abrasion Metal-buildings Repair Filler

HEGGEL Fix 831, a multi-purpose metal repair compound, is specifically developed for repairing and rebuilding machinery and equipment impacted by severe wear and erosion. Ideal for steel and iron materials, it efficiently addresses damages arising from mechanical, corrosive, or chemical factors. This hand-applied coating delivers exceptional abrasion resistance, effectively protecting against erosion and wear from impacting particles, and is notably resistant to fine particle abrasion. HEGGEL Fix 831 can be applied in a single coat up to a Dry Film Thickness (DFT) of 15 mm. For diverse service conditions, top coating with HEGGEL Corr products is recommended. HEGGEL Fix 831 is not advised for situations involving cavitation erosion. Please consult HEGGEL GmbH for suitable product recommendations under cavitation conditions.

HEGGEL®️  Fix 833

Multi-Purpose High-Elasticity Compound

HEGGEL Fix 833 is a two-component rubber repair compound that merges urethane and epoxy technologies. It forms a coating resistant to abrasion, impact, and cavitation, suitable for rubber, urethane, and metal surfaces. It functions well in temperatures between -30 to 80°C. This hand-applied, single-layer coating rapidly cures to a smooth finish, offering high resistance to flow erosion, wear damage, and both fine and coarse particle abrasion. It's ideal for repairing and rebuilding old, damaged components.
